In the planning stages during the last two years, JRAJ HOUSE is now complete and ready for occupancy. Rajah, the owner and designer of the house, is very pleased to offer this special house to short term renters. He lives in England 8 months of the year and in India the other four months. During the time he is away from India he is offering this house to those travelers who wish to have a modern place to stay while visiting the area around Arunachala. It's possible that some rooms in the house could be rented out year round. The house sits right at the base of Arunuchala! It's an ideal place if you want to be within a short walking distance of the mountain, Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi's ashram and shopping. For those who need internet access the Karthik Internet Café is very close to the house.

The spacious ground floor of the house has two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and kitchen, a sitting area, dining room and a garage. The upstairs unit has its own kitchen and bathroom, plus one bedroom with outside stairs and a private entry. It is ideal for one person, while one or more people could rent the downstairs area. This is a very popular region of India for spiritual seekers who are in search of the high spiritual vibration, inspiration and teachings that it offers.

On January 20, 2008, a special Puja was celebrated by friends and family to bless the new home. A few photos are included here of this joyous event. The completion of the house was a dream come true for Rajah.
